On Thursday, 9 October, the 17 students of last year’s P-V3C received their Anglia Certificates.

After having completed three years of bilingual English classes, these TTO-students took their final Anglia exam (May 2014) which tested their listening, reading, writing and speaking abilities. All students of last year’s V3C passed the exam on Proficiency Level, a qualification that is accepted by British universities and demonstrates competence in the English language on an international level. A special mention must go to the following students who achieved the highest ‘distinction’ level: Inge Haselager, Hannah Kochx and Jochem van Lierop.

After a word of welcome and congratulations by team leader Peter van der Heijden, mentors Juliette Kempen and Sharon van Dael reflected on the many highlights, e.g. the study trips to England, of the students’ first three years at the Philips van Horne.

After the traditional group picture on the stairs, it was time to congratulate the graduates and have a little snack and drink.

Pictures can be seen in the photo gallery.
