This year, from 19th until 21st April, a group of 47 TTO pupils (A1e and G1b) spent 3 days in Great Britain. Besides practising their English skills, this trip was meant to increase their historical and cultural knowledge of the English people.
The programme consisted of a walk along the White Cliffs of Dover, a guided tour inside Canterbury Cathedral, the Historic River Cruise on the River Stour, a theatre workshop and a visit to Dover Castle.
In their spare time the pupils were supposed to interview several English people and gather information for their report about Canterbury and England but they also had some time to explore the town and buy some souvenirs.
The pupils stayed with host families which was quite an experience!
