This year from the 7th untill the 9th of May we went on a 3 day trip to Canterbury with our 20 H1A bilingual students. After a smooth journey of about 6 hours by coach and boat we arrived at Dover Harbour.

Our first activity was a hike over the white cliffs of Dover. After this hike with breathtaking views we had a walk in Canterbury itself. In the evening the students were picked up by their host families.

The next day started with pooring rain and a visit to the Canterbury cathedral. Thankfully it stopped raining in the afternoon when a river boat cruise on the Great Stour river was planned. We ended today's program with a theatre workshop at a local school.

Thursday morning we said goodbye to our host families and headed for the beach of St. Margareths Bay. After this short walk we went to visit Dover Castle, our last activity of this trip. At approximately 10 p.m. we arrived back in Weert safe and sound.
