A little over a week ago, on the 25th of January, the Phileas Fogg Theatre Company visited the Philips van Horne in Weert. The students and their families didn’t know what to expect; there were no preparations whatsoever for this evening! First the students gathered in a classroom, while their families sat down awaiting the performance. Before the audience’s eyes, our students were briefed by 2 entertaining actors, transformed into actors and ended up performing a play. Actual accounts of children that lived in the Victorian age were acted out. Every pupil was involved during this 2-hour event. Accompanied by a lot of laughter and jokes, this was an experience our students will not likely forget! Nor their families or their teachers for that matter!
