The very first TTO on Stage day took place on Thursday the 30th of January at the Keenter Hart centre. This special cultural activities day was organised for all the bilingual students of the Philips van Horne, from 1st to 5th years. There were 5 different workshops for students to choose from:
Cinematic techniques
Creating a magazine
Spoken word
Sound design
Stage fighting
Students could choose 3 workshops, all of which were centred around interactive participation. Students created an end-product for all the workshops, which required them to work together with students from all year levels, communicating in English. Feedback shows that students had an enjoyable day.
